🍽️ Cooking Instructions

To prepare a traditional Tehari dish using this masala:

1. Prepare Ingredients:

   • 500g of beef (cut into small pieces)

   • 2 cups of rice

   • 2 large onions (sliced)

   • ½ cup of yogurt

   • 4 tablespoons of oil

   • 4-5 green chilies (slit)

   • Salt to taste

2. Cooking Steps:

   • Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced onions until golden brown. Remove half for garnishing.

   • Add beef pieces to the remaining onions in the pan and cook until the meat changes color.

   • Add yogurt, green chilies, salt, and one packet of Radhuni Tehari Masala. Mix well and cook until oil separates.

   • Add rice and sufficient water. Cook on medium heat until the rice is done and water is absorbed.

   • Garnish with the fried onions set aside earlier.
