🍽️ Cooking Instructions

To prepare a traditional korma dish using this masala:

1. Marinate: Combine 1 kg of meat (chicken, beef, or mutton) with ½ cup of sour yogurt and one packet of Radhuni Korma Masala. Let it marinate for a few hours.

2. Cook: In a pan, heat 10 tablespoons (approximately 150 ml) of edible oil. Fry ½ cup of chopped onions until golden brown, then remove and set aside. Add the marinated meat to the remaining oil and sauté for some time.

3. Simmer: Add water as required and cook until the meat is tender and the gravy thickens. Once done, garnish with the fried onions.
