To prepare a traditional Kachchi Biryani dish using this masala:
Marinate: Combine 1 kg of meat (beef or lamb) with sour curd, sweet curd, soya sauce, cashew nut paste, pistachio paste, sugar, ghee, raisins, and Radhuni Kachchi Biryani Masala. Mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
Prepare Rice: Wash 500g of Basmati or Chashi Aromatic Chinigura rice and soak for 30 minutes. In a separate pot, boil 2.5 liters of water with 2 tablespoons of salt and the whole masala from Radhuni Kachchi Biryani Masala. Add the soaked rice and cook until half done. Drain the water.
Layering: In a large pot, place the marinated meat at the bottom. Add fried potatoes and plums on top. Then layer the half-boiled rice over the meat. Pour a mixture of powdered milk and ghee around the rice. Add a mixture of powdered milk, water, and yellow food color on top.
Cooking: Seal the pot with a lid and dough to prevent steam from escaping. Cook on high heat for 7-8 minutes, then reduce to low heat and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Serving: Before serving, garnish with fried onions mixed with sugar.
