The spice mix comprises a blend of natural and selected spices:
Cardamom

Prepare Ingredients:
500g minced meat (chicken, mutton, or beef)
100g chickpeas (soaked)
2 tablespoons ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 cup chopped onions
2 eggs
12g (approximately 5 teaspoons) Radhuni Kabab Masala
4 cups water
In a vessel, combine minced meat, soaked chickpeas, chopped onions, garlic paste, ginger paste, Radhuni Kabab Masala, 4 tablespoons of oil, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Add water and cook over medium heat, covering the vessel, until the water evaporates and the mixture is cooked.
Once cooled, blend the mixture into a smooth paste using a blender or on a flat slab.
Add the whipped egg whites to the meat paste and mix well. Adjust salt if necessary.
Shape the mixture into round kababs and deep-fry in hot oil until they turn deep brown.
Serve hot, garnished with cucumber slices, onion rings, and accompanied by sauce or chutney.
