Radhuni Haleem Mix (200g) is a convenient and flavorful blend designed to simplify the preparation of traditional Bangladeshi haleem—a hearty, protein-rich dish made from a combination of cereals, pulses, and spices, typically cooked with meat. 

🧂 Ingredients

This mix comprises a variety of grains, pulses, and spices:

• Cereals & Pulses: Lentil, Green Gram, Chickpea, Grass Pea, Black Gram, Pea, Wheat, Aromatic Rice

• Spices & Others: Chilli, Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove, Mace, Mustard Seeds, Aniseed, Fenugreek, Sodium Chloride, Black Salt 

🍲 Cooking Instructions

1. Soak: Combine the Radhuni Haleem Mix with 2 cups (250ml) of boiled water and let it soak for 15 minutes.

2. Prepare Meat: In a broad vessel, heat 9 tablespoons (135 ml) of edible oil. Fry ½ cup of chopped onions until golden brown. Set aside two-thirds of the fried onions for garnishing.

3. Cook Meat: Add 300g of meat (beef, mutton, or chicken) to the remaining onions. Sprinkle the powdered spices from the Radhuni Haleem Mix over the meat and cook for 3-4 minutes.

4. Simmer: Pour in water as required and cook until the meat is well-boiled.

5. Add Mix: Incorporate the soaked cereals and pulses into the meat. Add water as needed and cook, stirring frequently. Once it reaches a boil, simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to a gravy-like consistency.

6. Serve: Garnish with the reserved fried onions, chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, cucumber slices, ginger, and a squeeze of lemon juice. 

Note: One 200g pack serves approximately 6-8 people.
