• Sugar

• Tapioca Pearls

• Noodles

• Raisins

• Corn Starch

• Jelly Powder

• Basil Seeds

• Citric Acid (E330)

• Sodium Chloride (Salt)

• Mango Flavor

• Food Color 

🍽️ Cooking Instructions

Jelly Preparation:

1. Mix the jelly powder granules with one cup of water.

2. Boil for 4–5 minutes on medium flame, stirring continuously.

3. Pour the mixture onto a plate and refrigerate until set.

4. Once set, cut the jelly into small cubes.

Falooda Preparation:

1. Boil 1 liter of milk in a saucepan.

2. Add the entire 250g pack of Radhuni Falooda Mix to the boiling milk.

3. Stir frequently over medium flame until all ingredients are cooked properly.

4. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve the cooled falooda with crushed ice, fruits, and the prepared jelly cubes. For an enhanced experience, top with a scoop of ice cream. This quantity serves approximately 5–6 people.
